Lives up to the hyphypee
The ingredient list is solid — methylfolate instead of synthetic folic acid, 400mg choline (rare in prenatals), bioavailable iron that doesn't wreck your stomach, and a full B-vitamin complex. Third-party tested, vegan, non-GMO, made in the USA.
The downsides: $50/month isn't cheap, and you're taking 3 capsules a day. No DHA either, so you'll need a separate omega-3.
Worth it if you're serious about preconception prep or want a cleaner formula than what's sitting on drugstore shelves. Just add a fish oil and you're covered.

Convenient and vegan!
As one of the only options available for plant-based diets, I am so thankful for Beli! Not only does it check that box, but the subscription is really convenient so I don’t forget to reorder, and the minty taste makes it so much easier to take three pills every day. Would highly recommend!
