Excited to Participate in OUR Fertility Journey
My partner and I are to be wed in 30 days and we are excited to begin our family. We have been making changes around our home, diets, lifestyle, and more. My partner has been reading a book about eating for fertility and we are of the mindset, (obviously, right?), that it takes BOTH partners to invest in bodily and lifestyle changes for the most hopeful outcome when family planning. She began a prenatal supplement in January and I ... did not ... however I did, thankfully, have the insight to explore online and see if there was a supplement to improve male fertility - I'm glad that I found one! While I did not check my blood or vitals before or after starting Beli and we have not yet tried to conceive, I trust that taking any steps to improve our chances is both physically and relationally positive - I suppose I can follow up here with some hard data once we have it. I think it's important to ensure the dialogue around family planning, fertility health, and the responsibility of parenting from all facets and during all stages be something for both parties to take ownership of and steps toward.
